What he has done is write a tract that shows such a comprehensive failure to understand logic, scientific practice, burden of proof etc that signing your name at the bottom is the equivalent to broadly grinning at the neighbours having just curled out an enormous turd on the lid of their new pianoforté
If you don't understand the most basic rudiments of scientific thinking don't wade in on a subject that can actually be quite complicated.
Yes, ignorance, stupidity and a jaw dropping lack of wit. The so called reasoning in this man's head makes me think he should be removed from office - in fact any position of responsibility at all.
