I may not live in America, but boy am I happy this odious little moron is now worm fodder. I wonder why God killed him? Obviously God only kills people he hates (as Jerry was so fond of telling us) so Jerry must have sinned big time.
Actually, he's just a corpse rotting in the ground, his atoms being recycled.
Dr. Sardonic was kind enough to introduce me to the BBC documentary series, "The Politics of Fear".
There is seriously so much in the damned thing that I can't summarize it in a few sentences.
Video documentary book club anyone? PAL team vs. NTSC?
P.S. to Chris - during a brief flirtation with faith, as a teen I joined a Southern Baptist church. (I know! For reals!). Anyway, they had a walk-in baptismal pool that was about 3m wide, 5m long, and 2m deep. I was baptized. Held under the water for a good 15 seconds, and thought the preacher had fucked with me. So I splashed the choir.
The Politics of Fear was a great series. I'm going to have to make sure I get BBC World of whatever it is these days once I relocate.
Your idea of video documentary book club interests me.
May I suggest that you all either purchase or rent Waking Up In The Universe. It is the 1991 Royal Institution Christmas Lectures For Children. My daughter loved it. It is an interesting watch for adults as well.

That news really cheered me up this morning.
Where on earth did you get that picture?
It's not a new ride is it?
Six Flags present The Baptismizer!
OMG I love you for posting that pic, Sardonic!
